We stand behind the quality of our designs. If you are not satisfied with the designs delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right — either by revising the branding or offering a credit.
As AdvisorEdge sells digital content products, refunds are generally not available once the personalised design files have been delivered to you. This is because the designs have been customised specifically with your branding details.
A full refund will be issued if: (1) Your order has not yet been processed, (2) The designs delivered do not match the category you selected, (3) Technical issues prevent delivery within 7 business days.
